FAQ: Custom Screen-Printed, Digitally Printed & Embroidered Apparel
Q: What types of apparel can I order?
You can choose from a massive catalog featuring t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos, jackets, hats, tote bags, workwear, athletic gear, and more. Once you pick your garment, we decorate it with screen printing, digital printing, or embroidery. View our catalog here.
Q: How does the ordering process work?
It’s simple:
Browse our apparel catalog and choose the garment style you want.
Send us your artwork or logo using the quote form.
Tell us how many you need and what sizes.
Approve your artwork proof.
We produce and ship your finished apparel in 1-2 weeks.
Q: What is screen printing and when should I choose it?
Screen printing uses ink pushed through a mesh screen to create bold, durable designs. It’s ideal for larger quantities, solid colors, uniforms, event shirts, and promotional apparel. It provides excellent longevity and vibrant colors.
Q: What is digital printing and when is it the better choice?
Digital printing (DTG or DTF depending on the garment) is great for small or one-off orders, full-color artwork, photos, or complex graphics. There are no screen setup costs, making it perfect for short runs or highly detailed designs.
Q: Do you offer embroidery?
Yes, we offer high-definition embroidery for polos, jackets, hats, beanies, bags, and other premium items. Embroidery gives a professional, textured look that’s long-lasting and ideal for corporate apparel.
Q: Is there a minimum quantity?
Minimums depend on the decoration method. Screen printing usually has order minimums of 12 due to setup, while digital printing and embroidery have minimums of a single garment. Contact us for specifics based on your garment and design.
Q: Can I mix different sizes and colors in one order?
Yes. As long as the artwork stays the same and the print method doesn’t need to be changed, you can mix sizes and garment colors within the same order.
Q: How do I submit artwork?
Simply upload your artwork after clicking "quote product". High-resolution files (vector preferred when possible) give the best print quality. Our team can help prepare your artwork if needed.
Q: Will I get a proof before printing?
Yes. We provide a digital artwork proof showing your design placement, size, and colors. Production begins only after your approval.
Q: How long does production take?
Standard turnaround varies by print method and order size, but most jobs are completed within 1-2 weeks after proof approval. Rush options may be available depending on workload.
Q: Can you help me choose the right garment?
Absolutely. If you’re unsure what fabric, brand, or cut you need, our team can recommend the best options for your budget, print method, and intended use.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Larger quantities significantly reduce the cost per piece, especially for screen printing. We provide price breaks based on garment count and decoration complexity.
Q: What types of businesses and events use your custom apparel?
Our apparel is popular with:
Breweries, restaurants, and local businesses
Schools, clubs, and youth programs
Corporate teams and employee uniforms
Event organizers and fundraisers
Artists, clothing brands, and merch creators
