The board is made from white expanded-PVC (polyvinyl chloride) at a standard thickness of 1/8”. It is lightweight yet rigid, water-resistant, and printed using UV-cured ink for outdoor or indoor signage. In layman's terms, it's a thick, solid sheet of puffed plastic.

What sizes and orientations are available?
Any rectangular size that you need is available, the maximum seamless size offered is 4′ × 8′, in either landscape or portrait orientation. Custom shapes can be ordered by emailing us.

Can I print on one side or both sides?
You may choose single-sided or double-sided printing depending on visibility needs.

What is the turnaround time for production?
Standard production time is three business days. A next-business-day rush option is available for urgent jobs (with appropriate cutoff time).

Although water-resistant, this board is best suited for moderate outdoor exposures, very harsh weather or long-term full sun may reduce lifespan. If used outdoors, consider protective mounting and orientation to reduce direct UV/sun damage.

What file/production specifications should I follow when submitting artwork?

We recommend high-resolution artwork (preferably vector or quality raster) in CMYK color mode.
Keep important content away from the trim edge (allow safe margin).
If requesting a custom shape, supply a separate cut-line vector file.
Artwork must match the actual printed dimensions.

What happens if I receive a defective or incorrect product?
Inspect your board immediately upon receipt. If you notice print defects, material damage, or incorrect size/cutting, contact customer service with your order number and photo evidence so we can evaluate a replacement or re-print.
