I need a custom shaped sticker. How do I order? You can click "quote product" above, use the "contact us" button below, or by emailing sales@bigmediaprinting.com. Need our designers to help? Basic layouts are free of charge and we’ll send a proof back for your approval.
Are your stickers and labels outdoor safe? Yes. All of our label products are printed with UV/water resistant ink and laminated for scratch protection.
What is your printing capability? All of our stickers and labels are full color 300dpi print capable. We produce labels and stickers in high definition at photo quality.
How fast can I get my product? Normally one week plus transit.
Can you help me design my sticker or label? We offer basic layouts free of charge. Fill out the contact form or email sales@bigmediaprinting.com for help with your custom sticker or label design.
How long will my stickers last? Your stickers and labels should last months or even years, even on car bumpers in all four seasons. Keep them away from fire, abrasion, and ethanol-based chemicals.
I have multiple designs, can you do that? Only one version is allowed per order. If you have five versions, you would need to place five orders.
Do you guarantee color matching? We are able to match most Pantone C colors. Additional fees may apply.
What do I do if my order arrives defective or the size is incorrect? Inspect your sign as soon as it arrives. If you notice any defects (print quality issues, material damage, wrong size) reach out to customer service with your order number and photo evidence so they can assess and arrange a resolution.
