What material do you use?
We use 14 pt gloss-coated cardstock to give your folders a sturdy, polished feel and professional look.

What size are your folders, and what do they fit?
Each folder measures 9″ × 12″ each side, which comfortably fits standard 8.5″ × 11″ documents without folding.

Are the folders printed on both sides or one side?
The exterior front and back are fully customizable and printed. The inside left panels are left blank by default, providing room for business cards, inserts, or notes.

Can I include pockets, slots, or custom interior features?
The folders come with pockets on each side and a business card slot on the right pocket.

What is the turnaround time?
Up to 7 business days after your artwork is approved, subject to quantity and complexity of design.

Do you offer design help or templates?
Yes. You can choose to upload your print-ready design or opt for our design service. After your order, a designer will reach out within 2 to 4 business hours to collaborate on your folder layout.

What happens if my artwork has issues?
If your artwork is incorrect size, has low resolution, or insufficient bleed, we will contact you before production begins so we can resolve those issues together.

Can I order small or large quantities?
100 quantity is the order minimum, 1000 is the order maximum. Contact us for special requests.
