Printed Poster FAQ
What are your posters printed on? An 8mil / .2mm / 180GSM heavy recyclable paper that will last a long time indoors only. It is not meant for rain and is not an option for long-term outdoor signage.
What is your printing capability? We print using UV ink at 900dpi which creates a vivid graphic in full color.
How fast can I get my printed posters? If you select the rush option when ordering, your poster(s) will ship within 24 hours on a priority overnight. Most orders are completed within 24 hours, but are not guaranteed to unless a rush order is selected.
Can you help design my printed poster? We offer basic layouts free of charge, creative work is $60 per art file and includes a first draft along with two revisions. Contact sales@bigmediaprinting.com for help with your banner print design.
How long will my custom poster last? If your printed poster is inside, it will last indefinitely. Our posters are not meant to be displayed outdoors, as they are not durable when wet or tear resistant. If you need durable outdoor signage, visit our vinyl banner page for great pricing on weatherproof signs.
What do I do if my order arrives defective or the size is incorrect?
Inspect your sign as soon as it arrives. If you notice any defects (print quality issues, material damage, wrong size) reach out to customer service with your order number and photo evidence so they can assess and arrange a resolution.
